A New Show

Introduction

Dear BMA readers,

As previously already announced, we want to start our own YouTube show. I asked in my previous post for “applications” for the moderator role. I received a lot of interest, and all were great prospective partners. I explicitly want to thank everybody who wrote me. Nevertheless, at the end I was forced to chose one. And we have chosen one.

Elena! (Nickname: Not_Humble_Opinion)

She has already gained experience in several YouTube shows as a translator and background comment moderator. She speaks English and Russian very well, and she is a perfect addition to our team. Especially since our goal is to promote the building of bridges between people of the world.

Moreover, Elena is well educated and also well connected. We want to welcome her to our team.

But enough said. Let Elena introduce herself. Here is her introduction video for BMA and for BMT (Black Mountain Talks):

Elena has already been very productive. Today, she produced the first joint Black Mountain Talks show with Mike Mihajlovic. We are planning to make this discussion between her and Mike a regular show for updates about several conflict hotspots to keep you informed.

There will also be live shows where you will be able to ask questions of our interview partners. And I will be a regular “guest” of this show as well. Hence, Elena will interview me also. We intend to conduct these shows on a regular basis.

Additionally, I want to give an update about my articles. I’m sure you have been waiting already, and I thank you for your patience. I have been working on Economics and Empires 6 for this whole month of December. This is the final chapter. It should be a worthy final chapter. And it is… well, it is huge 😊 I plan to finish it by this Saturday. It will then be released before New Year’s Eve.

From January onwards, I will write regular updates, and from April onwards, as announced, even more.
