Rockets and Missiles Over Ukraine: The Changing Face of Battle

In the Russian-Ukrainian war, both sides depended heavily on rockets and missiles. Some of these date from Soviet times and some are very modern, being deployed in warfare for the first time. This book speaks of the most common rockets and missiles in use by both sides in the war in Ukraine: from the tactical ballistic systems such as Tochka and Iskander, MLRS (BM-21, BM-27, BM-30, M270, HIMARS, thermobaric weapons; air-launched cruise missiles; anti-ship missiles, hypersonic Kinzhal, western supplied systems such as Harpoon, HARM, Storm Shadow/SCALP; air defense missiles such as S-300, S-400, Buk, Patriot, NASAMS, Iris-T, Stinger; anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) to the air-to-air missiles.

Due to constraints such as the number of words and photos, not every single missile is described in detail but rather an overall description easy to follow from the professionals in the field to those with a general interest in the subjects.
