Hello friends,
Today I have several topics for you.
The first point will be about “Negotiations”. What do I mean? Well, we hear ever more discussions in the Western press about whether or not Ukraine should start negotiating with Russia. This is not an important question. Did someone ask the Russians whether they want to negotiate? The usual Western strategy in all proxy wars of the last decades is the same. Try to preserve as much territory, loyal to the West as possible, and when the limit has been reached and the enemy is short of rolling back the achievements, the West starting immediately to scream for a ceasefire and negotiations.
In this particular case it would go like this. The Russians invested thousands or tens of thousands of Russian lives, to free huge parts of Ukraine. Russia even started to initiate the decoupling of two major spheres of influence on the world stage, which is not in the Western interest. Ukraine managed to roll back some significant parts of the Russian territorial gains. Read for more backgrounds my corresponding articles. To do so, Ukraine invested some 100-200,000 lives of own soldiers. There is no prospect of taking more territory back for Ukraine. The mobilised Russian troops started to pour in and the effect is already being experienced in Kharkov and Bakhmut. In fact, the point of maximum territorial gain has been reached by Ukraine.
As soon as the frontlines now start to collapse, which I expect to happen between December and February, it will be the perfect time for the West to scream for negotiations and freezing of the conflict. In the past, the US adversaries always were forced to accept it, because they didn’t have other options. This has changed. Russia will not let all of its investment in blood, money and trust be destroyed by engaging now in negotiations with Ukraine. This is over. Once and for all. Russia will not negotiate with Ukraine. (Maybe there will be some show negotiations, for the public, without any meaning)
Which doesn’t mean, that there won’t be negotiations at all. Russia was and always will be ready to negotiate the draft treaty for the European security with Washington. This is the only treaty, that could potentially save Ukraine from vanishing as a country. No sign under the draft treaty by Washington? No Ukraine soon. Very easy formula. Exactly as you can read it in my major articles.
I’m already curious to read the calls for ceasefire and negotiations by the Western press, as soon as Ukraine’s frontlines starting to collapse. And even more, to see how they will be rejected.
My previous article, the analysis of Phase 3 of the war in Ukraine, was a full success. I had more views and new subscribers, that I could imagine, that I would ever have. The article even was published on some other major news pages. Great 😊 Thank you all for this success.
I want to apologize to you all. Even though I’m a professional, I did not yet write such large assessments in English. My native language is Serbian (and another as well), but not English. That’s why my grammar and/or spelling is… let’s say, not the best 😊 I know my weaknesses and if I get some time to breath, then I will try to re-educate myself to fix these problems. But it is also possible, that I won’t have ever time for this. In this case I will get help from a friend, who will help me to re-edit my articles.
I wasn’t satisfied with my “Introduction” article. It was weird. That’s why I simplified it now. You can see the correct sequence of major articles and jump right into them. Here is the link. I want to encourage all of my subscribers, first of all, the new ones, to get through it.
As you can see in the “Introduction” article, my last major article will be about Germany. The “Endgame”. It will conclude my “Introduction” series. I don’t plan to write further major articles. Nevertheless, I’ll write from time to time some updates about current events. When will it be released? I don’t know. I already designed the rough structure of the article, but I’ll write it sometime between now and February. Since I’m engaged in a major academic project I have very less time to write.
Alex, your English is alright. You convey everything clearly. Hope your Telegram channel will be back at some point. Substack is a good platform, but not too many people know about it or are willing to invest their time in it. I personally discovered your posts through telegram. Your ideas deserve to be heard by as many people as possible. You can always switch the comments off in Telegram if that bothers you. All the best and please keep on sharing your ideas.
Don't apologize for your English, it's fine. The ideas are the important part, and they are very good. Thank you for them.
