Update

Activation of the donation function

Hello friends,

I announced several times before, that I will activate the function for donation and a paid subscription after finishing my main articles.

With my article “Economics and Empires 2” I finished indeed my series of main articles.

For my new subscribers, you can find a list of all major articles here.

For the time being I do NOT plan to write any further major articles. They are concluded, at least for one or two years.

What I indeed will continue, is to write from time-to-time short updates about the war in Ukraine, or about economic developments as well. But, as I said, I’m talking about small updates and not major articles. As an example, you can consider my last Ukraine update, which you can see here.

But even these “small” updates are costing me valuable time, that I could rather spent with friends and family. I’m still doing it, because I think, it is important to spread the knowledge. My latest, quoted above, Ukraine update took me for example two days of researching and writing. The major articles even up to two weeks.

That’s why I want to ask you to provide some donations if you like my work. It certainly would contribute, to keep my motivation high, to continue keeping you up to date, after I have finished my intended article series.

You can support me by two ways.

I will never charge a single cent for any article. It would be against my goal, of spreading information. So, this is totally voluntarily.
