This notion stops short of THE TRUTH! And thereby omitting the crucial part. Half-truths are more "powerful" lies than outright lies. As anyone with half a brain will recognise that if there is a partial truth in something then it cannot be disproven as some truth always remains and can be ARGUED for. Harry G.
