Update

Welcome to my new subscribers and some more information

Hello friends and hello new subscribers :-)

Andrei Raevski, from the Vineyard Saker, recently recommended Black Mountain Analysis on his web page(blog).

Hereby I want to recommend his page as well, since he wrote strategic geopolitical analysis not only since years, but since decades. Nevertheless, as it looks like, he decided to stop writing and to spend more time with his family, which is totally understandable. Thank you, Andrei, for recommending BMA.

Nevertheless, this brought me hundreds of new subscribers. Thank you, guys, for putting your trust in me. I hope I won’t disappoint you.

Especially for the new subscribers I want to give a few hints:

1. I recommend, to go through all articles, you can find here on my “Introduction” page. Then you will have the full picture.

2. I will never ever charge a single cent for my articles, because my goal is to spread knowledge. Putting a paywall over the articles, would achieve the exact opposite. Nevertheless, you can always feel free, to support my/our work and to donate either by buying a paid subscriptions or by “Buying me a coffee”. See here for more details.

3. First, I wanted only to write a series of eight articles and to freeze the blog. Since many people like my articles and asked me privately via mail, to continue, I decided, to put on another series of articles for 2023. Which will be very interesting for you.

4. In my last update, I did a poll, to see which kind of articles people like. The result is “Geopolitics” and “Military analysis”. That’s fine for me. According to this poll, I designed my next series of articles, which will be released step by step from the end of February onwards (Maybe I finish the first one earlier).

5. The series will contain six new geopolitical/military topics, to be analysed. The first one, that I have already designed, but not written, will be about the prospects of the start of WW3, indicators for or against it, probabilities and many background information with regards to the war in Ukraine. It will be, as the other five, a major article. Hence, a strategic one. (Small hint: Don’t worry)

6. Moreover, I will publish up to six operational updates within 2023 about the war in Ukraine, IF my time allows it.

7. I don’t plan to continue maintaining this blog after 2023. I have private plans in 2024, which wouldn’t allow it. But I haven’t decided yet. Maybe there is a way.

8. My written English has weaknesses, I know. Since I’m occupied almost 24/7 with work (both, business and academic), I do not have time, to carefully edit/correct it. I’m sorry, but there is no other way. If someone want’s voluntarily to edit it afterwards, feel free to contact me. (Update: I have an editor now. So I deleted the email address here.)

9. And the last information… I’m a Serb.
